The overarching goal is to design a community-based aquatics center that provides a variety of features which meets the needs of residents of all ages in an all-inclusive facility. The new facility should provide a wide range of opportunities for the public to enjoy aquatics programs using equipment, and technology to ensure a clean environment with a focus on safety awareness at all times.

The project utilizes the latest in green building design features including an all-electric system of innovative solar panels that provide both photovoltaic (PV) as well as solar thermal energy to heat the nearly 500,000 gallons of pool water.

Brand new 2-story facility for various classrooms and instructional labs, as well as faculty offices, building support and circulation spaces.

The project consists of an interpretive museum building of approximately 9,700 square feet, and over 2.5 acres of gardens, native plants, a meandering stream and a pond. The project building consists of a large exhibition hall with an 8,000 gallon trout stream aquarium, history displays and alcoves, a classroom, community meeting room, and administrative offices. Smith & Sons scope of work consists of all power, lighting, communications, audio visual, security, and fire alarm.

Full remodel of existing 2 story 42,123 SF office building with an additional 19,000 SF subterranean parking garage. All new electrical service, lighting, telecommunications, audio-visual, security, and fire alarm systems.

Solar structures at Pioneer and Searles Elementary School.

The Freestyle Academy project consists of demolishing five existing relocatable classroom buildings to make way for three new site-built classroom buildings for an existing academy program on the Mountain View High School campus.

New classroom buildings A, B, and C contain general education classrooms for English, digital media, film study, design, animation, digital photo studio, and recording studio. Associated support spaces include a conference room, staff toilet, and gender-neutral toilets.

Site work includes site clearing, excavation, utilities, path of travel (pot) improvements, landscaping, site paving, the addition of 2 accessible vehicle parking stalls, and exterior lighting. Project will be pursuing LEED Silver certification.

Replacement of HVAC units in classrooms buildings at Farnham and Sartorette Elementary Schools. Light fixture, switches and receptacles relocations.

Replacement of exterior wood siding, roofing replacement, reconfiguration of interior restroom spaces, structural improvements at the roof and hazardous material abatement, signage, modification of existing lockers for code compliance, plumbing improvements at restrooms and wash areas, associated HVAC and
electrical improvements.

Newly constructed elementary school consisting of 5 new buildings, site lighting, new Fire Alarm system, and rough in for all low voltage systems.

The Project consisted of site electrical and low voltage utilities for up to seventeen buildings comprising an elementary school, middle school, and high school on a 55-acre site.

The Project consisted of demolition of existing locker building and pool. Construction of new locker building, pool, and related site improvements and utilities.

Provide and install new 4000A Switchboard for the new Elementary and Middle School on the Agnews Campus
